How long will it take to receive my order ?

Once you place your order, please allow 2-4 days to process your orders. After that, it will take 12-20 business days for delivery.


Do you provide tracking information ?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order has been shipped that contains your tracking information. If you haven't received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.


My tracking says "no information available at the moment"

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.


What about customs ?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.


Will my items be sent in one package ?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.


Returns & Refunds


How do I return an item ?

If you wish to return your item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return request and we will send further instructions if approved.


When will I receive my refund ?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payments. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
